Evening!  Here is a card I've made using a fabulous digi from Lacy Sunshine - Eleanor as a Hippie Chick, isn't she super cute. I wanted to make something very colourful, and I am sure you will agree I definitely achieved that!  Makes me think of warmer sunnier days...

I'm A Sunshine Girl!

Hi!  Exciting news to share with you today - I'm a Lacy Sunshine Girl!  Along with some other really talented girlies, I am part of the Lacy Sunshine Creative Team!

I'm looking forward to bringing you lots of cards and projects over the coming months using Heather Valetin's fabulous digis which you can only buy from her Lacy Sunshine Shop.

I've used one of the new precoloured digis to make this set - card, bag and box.  I did also try to make some matching tissue paper to go in the bag and box, but my printer just didn't like the printable tissue paper!  So I hope you like the pieces I did make, and if you'd like to see more cards from the Creative Team take a look at the Lacy Sunshine Blog.

There is also a Facebook group where you can join in and share your Lacy Sunshine creations, get hints and tips on crafting, or just join in on the general chat.  Its a friendly group, so come and join us!

Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge - Embossing Part 2

Its Embossing - Wet or Dry over at Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge Blog this week, and I was lucky enough to have two images to play with this week, so here is my second card using a fab image from Saturated Canary. I chose dry embossing for this one, and matched the stripes of the paper with a striped embosssing folder. And I have to admit, that I was rather pleased with how this turned out!

Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge - Embossing Part 1

Its Embossing - Wet or Dry over at Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge Blog this week, and I was lucky enough to have two images to play with this week.  For this cute surfing dragon from Stamping With The Dragon I decided to use wet/heat embossing - the mask has been embossed with some clear powder and the "beach" sticker has some sparkle embossed dots.

Evening!  I've made the card I would like to share with you today using a fabulous new image from Heather Valentin called "Eleanor and Pickles Happy Lil Flowers" - and aren't they cute dressed up as flowers!  Another brightly coloured card from me to bring some colour into our day during these cold snow days here in the UK!

Bring Me Sunshine....

Evening! On this cold and snowy day I thought I'd try to bring a bit of sunshine to our day with this card made using the Miranda and Mo CD from Kraftyhands which you can buy here.

Now, I have to admit that yellow is not my favourite colour, and I wouldn't normally choose it for my cards - but I love this image and think its bright and cheery and is one of my favourites on the CD!

Kraftyhands presents Miranda and Mo on Create and Craft TV!

Morning!  Here is another of my cards using the Miranda and Mo CD from Kraftyhands which you can see on Create and Craft TV today, Thursday 17th January at 9am and 4pm.

This is one of the ten shaped cards that you will find on the CD.  The one I have used is of Miranda and her beau on their wedding day, and don't they look sweet!  I particularly like the too short trousers on the groom as this just adds to the charm of the image.  And if you think that shaped cards can be tricky to make - these are sooo easy and look great too!

Hope you have enjoyed this visit into Miranda's world, and that you enjoy seeing Mike and Ian on TV today!

Miranda and Mo's Debut

Hi Everyone!  I'm introducing Miranda and Mo to you today - a really sweet little girl and her mouse who feature on the new CD from Kraftyhands which debuts on Create and Craft TV tomorrow, Thursday 17th January at 9am and 4pm.  I'm looking forward to seeing the shows, but I'll have to catch up later with recordings as I'll be at work when the live shows are on, so if you have chance, tune in to see Mike and Ian show you round the CD and all the lovely samples by the Kraftyhands Design Team - I'll be sharing more of mine with you over the next few days :-)
