Ok, so I know its only January, but you have to make a start on Christmas cards at some point! And what better day to share a Christmas card than the 25th of January! There are some fab all year round Christmas card challenge blogs which help us make sure we have cards ready for December!
For this card, I decided to try the technique for the 52 Christmas Card Throwdown challenge blog - inlaid dies. A fun and to be honest fairly quick card top make, the only thing I don't like about it is the impression that the outside of the die has made.
I am adding this card to:
52 Christmas Card Throwdown - January Technique: Inlaid dies
The 12 Months of Christmas Link Up - #1 Anything Goes optional theme Father Time
Through The Craftroom Door - Anything Goes 20/1 - 26/01
Holly Jolly Christmas Challenge - Lots of Sparkle
Crafty HazelNut's Christmas Challenge - #213 Joy to the World
Materials Used:
Stampin Up! - Wonderous Wreath framelits, gems, Nordic Noel paper
Hunkydory - white card blank
Great card!! Simple and fun. Anja =)

Absolutely clean, simple and just fabulous. I do like the paper you've used for the word and the touch of sparkle too! Thanks so much for playing along with 52CCT this week!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful! I love the red and white stripe of the word joy. The gems are perfect with it. A simple card with a big meaning. ♥ Edwina Brown
