Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge #254 - Anything Goes

It's time for another challenge over at Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge, and this week the theme is Anything Goes!
  I chose to use this gorgeous image from Lacy Sunshine, even though I always struggle with red as I find that all alcohol markers in red bleed a lot - any one else have that problem?
