Another day closer to the big day! And something far from traditional Christmas colours today - I really like these warm colours, and I think they suit this design rather well!

Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree...you know the song... I've been watching some Christmas movies over the last few days, a few of them about Christmas trees! So today, its a festive tree for my card to share with you.

A nice bright red and gold card to share with you today - this rather reminds me of our Christmas tree that I put up at the weekend as its all red and gold baubles!

Brother Scan N Cut - to cut the oval mat for the sentiment
Day number and something a little different for me - some stencils and glitter paste, which I have only used a couple of times before. But, hey, if you can't use some sparkle at Christmas when can you!?
Materials Used:
Imagination Crafts - Christmas celebration stencil, amethyst sparkle medium, pink snow panel card
Craftwork Cards - sentiment, white DL card
Brother Scan N Cut - to cut the oval mat for the sentiment
Purple mirri card from stash
I thought I would share a Christmas card with you today. Pretty simple to make with a stencil and some sparkle medium, though I did mask off each area to make the colour change (which was a bit fiddly in places) and had to wait for each colour to dry before I could do the next - so definitely not the quickest card!
I am adding this card to the following:
Imagination Crafts Challenge Blog - October Anything Goes
Materials Used:
Imagination Crafts - Christmas Holly stencil, White Christmas panel card, Sparkle Medium in champagne, hunter green and bright red
Craftwork Cards - sentiment, DL card, pale gold card
Brother Scan N Cut - to cut a mat for the sentiment
Exciting news! I have joined the Creative Fingers Design Team! So I hope you like my first project as part of the team!
The challenge is sponsored by the fantastic Oddball Art.
Its a texture challenge for the DT, so I used some translucent paste from Sweet Poppy Stencils and mixed in some Creative Expressions chalk paint to put through a stencil mask - its difficult to see in the photos but the texture is there I promise (will have to practise my photography skills)!
